The video shows the woman kicking her dog and strangling him on a leash. The dog chokes and gasps for air, but the woman doesn’t stop.

Vincent Minutello, the man who filmed this video, later confronts the woman and begs her to go easy on her dog. But the woman boldly replies, “That’s how collars work”. As the video went viral, it was found that the woman is 26-year-old Michelle Sieber, daughter of Tarpon City Commissioner Rea Sieber. She also has a previous record of hitting an elderly. Help the cops track her. Spread the word.

Update: Cops have managed to track Michelle in Clearwater. She has now been arrested and charged with felony animal cruelty. She was living in an old camper behind her mom’s wine shop with 2 dogs, who are now in the custody of local animal services. The cops have commended Vincent for recording the evidence of cruelty instead of resorting to violence.

Meanwhile, Rea Sieber has reached out to the public and requested them to stop the online hate crusade against her daughter. She believes that Michelle “needs help, but is not a bad person.” She doesn’t defend Michelle’s actions, but claims that her daughter has undergone “a lot of trauma in the last few years”.
